If you want to cancel your subscription, you have go to www.cgbilling.com where you find a button to cancel memerships. Press the button and follow the instructions. A cancelation stops inmediately all payments and doesn't permit you to send and receive messages anymore.

How can I change my payment options?

If you want to change your payment options from anual to monthly or viceversa, you have to cancel your payment first and then make a new subscription in your account choosing you payment method.
